International financial conglomerate, Access Bank Cameroon (@accessbankcameroon), stepped up and answered the call, partnering with filmmakers for the world premiere of When The Levees Broke, a phenomenal Cameroonian movie directed by Musing Derick (@amusibgderick), which finally made landfall in Douala at Canal Olympia after almost two
years of touring the globe and garnering multiple awards and recognitions.
According to the Head of Retail and Business Banking for Access Bank Cameroon, Franklin Fobah, partnering with When The Levees Broke was essential as Access Bank recognized the need for the infusion of cash into the Cameroon film industry to ensure sustainability and play their part to the industry’s growth.
The cast and crew of the movie were present at the star-studded movie premiere, with Stephanie Tum (@StephanieTum_) and Nollywood heartthrob EfaIwara (@iamefaiwara) stealing the spotlight.
When The Levees Broke is set to make multiple stops around the world before its official cinema release.
