Ahead of the 2024/ 2025 academic year and to enable the pupils to study in conducive and inviting environment, the Tiko Council has donated benches, head teacher chair, and tables to Government Primary school Ombe Native.
During the ceremony that took place at the Tiko Council, chaired by the 4th Deputy Mayor Waindim Rudolf, the Tiko Council handed 58 benches, head teacher chair and tables to teachers of GPS Ombe Native
Mr Waindim Rudolf, who was representing the Mayor Chief Peter Ikome Mesoso 111, stated that these materials are intended to enable the pupils study in a conducive and inviting Environment come the 2024/ 2022 academic beginning in September.
He further appealed to school authorities to use of these materials judiciously.
For their part, the GPS Ombe Native school authorities thanked the Tiko Council for their largesse, which according to them would provide a comfortable platform for the pupils to study in a conducive and comfortable environment .
Mayor Waindim Rudolf was accompanied to ceremonial ground by his close collaborators.
