On Radio Sport Info (RSI), Roger Milla spoke about the current issues related to Cameroonian football and the national team, the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon.
The Cameroonian football legend observed that Minsep Narcisse Mouelle Kombi is very attached to football. However, he argues that the Minsep has not brought to football what others have.
“We see that he is very attached to football. It’s a shame that he doesn’t bring what others have brought to this football,” said Roger Milla about Minister Narcisse Mouelle Kombi.Unlike other ministers, Roger Milla believes that Minister Narcisse Mouelle Kombi does not allow the Cameroonian Football Federation (Fecafoot) to manage Cameroonian football.
“Other ministers have respected the Cameroonian Football Federation. Other ministers have allowed the Federation to manage Cameroonian football. I can’t understand how a minister, in 2024, is going to look for a coach… I think that’s horrible. (…) He should stay in his place and let the Federation manage Cameroonian football,” continued Roger Milla.
