Dear and beloved George Nchumbonga,
I have tried very hard to resist being dragged into your social media gossip, but l have an obligation to let you know the TRUTH so that you don’t continue to spread error.
Whoever informed you wrongly, about the 25 Nov probably did not have his facts to relay to you. This is what happened: l finished Mass at a new Mission Station called Sacred Heart. My Mass finished at 8.50am. The people still
had to get announcements and l had the next Mass at CATUC at 9.00am. So Sr. Superior brought the Monstrance to the field (200metres from the Church in Sacred Heart Mission Station) so that the Parish Priest could come and lead the Christians to the Cathedral. So, l was hurrying to go and CELEBRATE Mass for the Staff and students of CATUC so that they could join Mankon for the procession, which they did. While on the podium l took some pictures and made a report of an event which deeply touched me after 6 years absence from the Archdiocese.
Whatever conclusions you draw from all of this, is completely your responsibility. But l will plead with you to put the matter to rest.
Fraternally Yours
