Catholic colleges in the Buea Diocese Tuesday March 4th 2025, began writing the written part of Diocesan mock. The Diocesan mock, we gathered, is to better prepare the Catholic students for the 2025 GCE examination in June.
To assess the preparedness of Catholic Students to sit for the public exams, the Catholic Education Secretary of the Buea Diocese, Rev Father Vincent Mesue, paid visit to Catholic Schools under his jurisdiction.
At the end of the visit, Rev Father Vincent Mesue stated that he was satisfied with the conduct of the Mock given the recommendations are in line with the GCE.
He also expressed satisfaction that the principals of the various schools, the academic deans, are implementing all the modalities of the GCE and all what he discussed with them in the various meetings.
Rev Father Vincent Mesue further explained that to better prepare the students for the examination, the Catholic Education authorities follow the syllabus of the GCE, set the questions, proof read several times, before sending the questions for printing .
The Diocese of Buea Diocesan mock started on March 4 will end on March 15 with Religion.
