Graduates from the National School of Penitentiary Administration, ENAP, Buea Southwest Region of Cameroon, have been called upon to uphold integrity, leadership and a strong sense of duty in their new roles.
The Director of ENAP, Ayuk Bernard Agbor, made this appeal during the graduation of over six hundred ( 600) trainees, chief warders, and wardresses from that institution that took place over the weekend at the school campus.
During the ceremony, four (4) officers were elevated to the rank of senior superintendent of prison ; while sixteen (16) others were promoted to senior prison superintendent.
The officers, who have just completed a six ( 6) month refresher course, would be expected to practise discipline, leadership, commitment, and to enhance professionalism within the corps.
The ceremony was attended by staff of the school, other Government administrators, friends, family members of the graduands, and a cross section of the population.
The ceremony was characterized by family photos, and handing of bouquet of flowers.
